NBC + CMTA Transportation Event

During this event we will propose adjustments to the Consolidated Transportation Program.

The draft Fiscal Years 2027-32 Consolidated Transportation Program isn’t available yet. The Maryland Department of Transportation will publish it on Sep. 1. The MDOT Secretary will visit every county plus Baltimore City during the fall to present the draft CTP and hear comments from local elected officials. The Baltimore City meeting will take place at City Hall on Wednesday, Sep. 30^th at 10am. In December the decision-makers at MDOT and in the Governor’s office will consider all the feedback they’ve heard and come up with a final FY2027-32 CTP to present to the General Assembly around January 20^th. Then there will be hearings about the budget in the Maryland House of Delegates and the Maryland Senate in January and February. The General Assembly will approve the CTP as part of the budget process in March.
