No Boundaries Coalition, a resident-led advocacy organization serving Central West Baltimore, is known widely for its work in community policing and accountability. For the past five years, No Boundaries Coalition has operated Fresh at the Avenue located within the historic Avenue Market in the heart of Pennsylvania Avenue Mainstreet and which is also the Black Arts & Entertainment District.
“Amidst school mergers, demolitions of public housing, and the living museum of the ‘68 and ‘15 riots ever present in Sandtown, Fresh at the Avenue is unique in its ability to meet the community identified need for fresh fruits and vegetables in a dignified shopping environment,” says Director of Health and Food Justice, Saché Jones.
