Youth Organizing for Social Justice

The Youth Issues Assembly is a full-day Youth Conference offering workshops, panel discussions, a resource fair, and fun activities. Youth engage in panel discussions with elected officials, peer organizers, and adult advocates to voice concerns, highlight organizing efforts, and hold persons in leadership accountable for youth voice and inclusion. We invite Baltimore residents from 8th grade through college, and young professionals to attend. While we welcome individuals who do not fit those demographics we are hoping to create a space for youth and young adults to learn and organize in a youth-focused space. We encourage adult advocates to make a contribution to support the success of the event.
